To apply for claim reimbursement, download the Claim Reimbursement Form from the respective network and arrange for the documents mentioned in the Reimbursement Checklist. Submit complete documents within 60 days of treatment.

1.Effective 1st of June 2023, we will accept submission of soft copies of documents for reimbursement claims with value less than AED 5000/- . The condition is applicable for Regional Products under Group Medical and Individual Medical line of business administered through NAS, Nextcare ,Inayah,Neuron, Al Madallah and Mednet TPAs only.
However, we reserve the right to call for originals for verification on case-by-case basis after the initial submission of soft copies
2.Effective 1st of June 2023, we will accept submission of soft copies of documents for reimbursement claims with value less than AED 20,000/- under International products. The condition is applicable for Group Medical Products administered through NAS, Nextcare ,Neuron and Mednet only
However, we reserve the right to call for originals for verification on case-by-case basis after the initial submission of soft copies
